VIP concierge assistance focuses on meeting and guiding travellers through the airport. Check the selected package for Fast Track, porter assistance, lounge access and onward transfers: these are not automatically included.
A BKK buggy is an optional service; a VIP label does not mean it is included. For transit, provide both connecting flights.

Arrival journey
- Meet the concierge at the location in your confirmation
- Complete immigration and eligible Fast Track arrangements
- Continue to baggage claim and customs
- Proceed to the transport meeting point if included
Departure journey
- Meet at the confirmed terminal and meeting point
- Complete airline check-in and baggage drop
- Follow the airport route through security, immigration and eligible services
- Continue to the lounge or boarding area if included
These are journey outlines. The sequence, meeting point and escort endpoint depend on the airport route and booking confirmation. Not every package includes every step.

Prices and inclusions
When should I book?
Book BKK at least 24 hours before the service starts, using Thailand local time with hour-level precision.
Early booking and short-notice fees
Solo one-way VIP saves THB 100 at 168+ hours. One-way VIP booked 24 to under 72 hours ahead adds THB 300 per guest. Group, return and Fast Track-only bookings do not receive the early-booking reduction.
Meeting points and service coverage
Arrival, departure and transit use different meeting arrangements. Provide the flight number and direction, plus both flights for transit. Confirm buggy cart count and route separately.
These rules apply to public bookings; agents have separate pricing. Confirm child ages and fares, optional services and the final total before payment.
Prices depend on the airport, flight direction, date, time, party size and optional extras. Check a quote in the booking page and review the currency, child fares and any night or baggage charges before paying.

Before you book
When should I book?
Book BKK at least 24 hours before the service starts, using Thailand local time with hour-level precision.
What information is required?
Prepare passenger names, flight details, contact information, child ages and baggage count. If your package requires passport or nationality information, submit it through the booking process for eligibility checks.
How are children charged?
Child and infant age bands, fares and seating arrangements differ by package. Declare the ages of all accompanying children and check the booking page or advisor; do not assume free admission.
What if my flight is delayed or changed?
Keep your order number and promptly notify your advisor of the updated flight details. The team will coordinate the next steps; changes and any charges depend on package terms and supplier confirmation.
What is the cancellation policy?
The current airport-service rule deducts 50% of the amount paid and refunds the remaining 50% for refund requests within 24 hours before the scheduled service time, including exactly 24 hours. Other timings and special circumstances follow the terms shown and agreed before payment.
Is Fast Track available to every nationality?
Check nationality, visa, flight and package eligibility before paying. The service does not replace visa requirements, immigration review or customs checks, and does not guarantee admission or a fixed clearance time.
Are a buggy, porter, lounge and transfer included?
